100 ml. creamed coconut (paste)
1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
15 whole roasted hazelnuts 
50 g. desiccated coconut

These coconut Snowballs are a tasty combination of hazelnuts in the middle and gentle coconut cream. They are a healthy version of Raffaello.

Coconut paste or cream is made with dried coconut meat and coconut oil. It has its own natural sweetness. 

Coconut meat and coconut oil are antipathogenic due to their lauric acid. They are antibacterial and antiviral foods. When coconut drops from the stomach into the intestinal tract, it kills off any pathogen it touches.




Place the creamed coconut paste in a small casserole with warm water for 5 minutes. Let the coconut paste melt and look like melted chocolate.


In a bowl combine coconut paste and male syrup. Whisk together. Scoop the coconut paste and form small balls. Place a whole hazelnut in each ball.


Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut. Arrange the snowballs onto parchment paper and put them in the fridge to harden.
