400 ml. full-fat coconut milk 
100 g. coconut sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp. bourbon vanilla powder

Unbelievable vegan caramel sauce. It is dairy-free and refined sugar-free. A perfect twist for a fruit sundae, oat pancakes, or a cake.

Combine coconut milk and coconut sugar in a small saucepan. Mix with a spoon and bring the mixture to a boil.

Once it boils, reduce the heat to medium-low to simmer for 25-30 minutes. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.

Add a pinch of salt and bourbon vanilla powder. Whisk again.

Pour condensed milk into a clean glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Drizzle over pancakes, ice cream, sorbets, cakes, etc.
