2 cups spinach
2 cups parsley
1 sm. fresh ginger, peeled
3 oranges, peeled
1 lemon, peeled

The easiest way to add more leafy greens to your daily diet is through freshly squeezed juice.

Spinach helps remove toxins from the lymphatic system, reduce bacterial load, and support neurotransmitters and neuronal health. 

Green leafy vegetables are rich in enzymes, vitamins A, and B, folic acid, and chlorophyll.




Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom.


Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
