2 big juicy peaches, sliced 
6 spearment leaves 
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1-2 tsp. raw honey
1/2 tsp. boubon vanilla powder
500 ml. coconut water

This fresh and sweet smoothie is thick, creamy, hydrating, and refreshing.

Peaches are a wonderfully hydrating and mineral-rich fruit that are easy to digest and rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and bioflavonoids.

Coconut water is a highly nutritious, cleansing, and refreshing juice. It is lightly sweet and packed with B-complex vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and manganese. Coconut water is one of the highest sources of electrolytes known. It also can hydrate the body on a deep, cellular level making it an essential beverage for athletes and those that live a busy, active life.




In a blender add peach slices, mint, lemon juice, vanilla powder and honey. Pour the coconut water to cover all ingredinets and blend until smooth.


Garnish with some mint and serve. If you prefer, you can add some ice cubes.
