Arugula, tomatoes, and spinach salad

Ingredients

iceberg salad
baby spinach
arugula
cherry tomatoes - red and yellow
pecorino cheese 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. raw honey
salt, and black pepper, to taste

A recipe for a typical Italian salad, full of leafy greens, juicy tomatoes, and salty cheese. The salad is easy to prepare, with only a few ingredients. 

Steps

Wash and dry all leafy greens (iceberg lettuce, arugula, and baby spinach). Combine them in a serving bowl.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and add them to the bowl. Garnish with some grated pecorino cheese on top.

Combine ingredients for the dressing: lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.  Pour the dressing over the salad. Stir and serve immediately.
