No Coffee Iced "Coffee" Frappe

Ingredients

1 banana
500 ml. oat milk
1 tsp. chaga powder
1 tbsp. maple syrup or raw honey
ice cubes, optional

A refreshing drink for the summer that does not contain coffee or any other form of caffeine. A no-coffee that has healing properties.

Chaga is rich in vitamins A, C, B, D, and E and minerals such as manganese, iron, calcium, zinc, and selenium. It has potent anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.

 

Steps

Combine banana, oat milk, and chaga powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Add maple syrup or raw honey and blend again for a second. Add a few ice cubes, if you desire.
