Ingredients

500 g. potatoes, peeled

These potato croutons are easy to make and very loved by children. I cook them in an air-fryer with no fat and no salt. They are perfect for a soup or salad.

Potatoes are good for the brain and the liver, helping us to be grounded and centered. Potatoes are high in glucose which provides substance to the liver, as it’s precisely what the liver relies on to keep strong.

Steps

1

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in an air-fryer at 200 C/ 400 F. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy.

2

Bake for another 10 minutes, if needed.

3

Serve with a cream soup, salad, or a side dish.
