Ingredients

250 г. gluten-free oat flour, cassava flour, or einkorn flour (if you eat gluten)
1 tsp. sea salt
50 ml. extra virgin olive oil
70 ml. water
1 tbsp. lutenica
1 tsp. garlic powder

I've made gluten-free crackers, especially for my kids, but honestly, I've eaten half of them. They are so delicious. We like very much homemade lutenica so I've got the idea to add it to the crackers dough. Oh, yes, they become even better.

Steps

1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2

In a large bowl combine flour (that you use), olive oil, water, salt, and garlic powder. Add in also lutenica*. Mix well until all is combined in a ball.

3

Roll the dough to 0,5 cm. thick and cut in a shape you desire. Collect leftovers, roll again, and cut again in shapes.

4

Transfer the crackers to the baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
