Ingredients

160 g. chickpea flour
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. cumin powder
1/3 tsp. turmeric powder
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3-4 tbsp. water

These gluten-free crackers are so easily prepared with only a few ingredients. They are perfect for a snack when traveling, for a party, or for a kids' lunch box.

They are light, healthy, and gluten-free. They can be served with guacamole, hummus, tomato salsa, spinach dip, etc.

Steps

1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

In a bowl mix together chickpea flour, spices, and salt. Stir in olive oil and water and start mixing with a spoon. Then knead with your hands until you get a firm dough.

3

Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Start to roll the dough as thin as possible. Cut the dough into desired shapes. I used a cookie cutter in the shape of a rhombus and then divided each cracker to get small triangles.

4

Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes until crispy.
